Orders
Normally, Equipment which is in stock are processed and shipped within 1 - 2 business days but can sometimes take 3 business days. However, non-stocked, special order and back-ordered equipment may take up to 1 - 2 weeks to process before they are shipped. In case ordered equipment is temporarily out of stock or on backorder, MCK Equipment INC. will contact you immediately via your e-mail. If you need equipment by a certain day, kindly contact us before placing your order.
The security of our customers while ordering online is extremely important to us, which is why we have created an extra layer of protection in place to prevent fraudulent orders and the use of stolen credit cards. We ensure that each order we process undergo credit card and address checks, and occasionally, some orders may also require additional security checks to verify the authenticity of the purchase. Hence, order processing time varies.
MCK Equipment INC. may need to contact you via e-mail or on the phone to obtain additional information. We advise that you ensure that your contact information is up-to-date and that you use a credit card with information (such as name, number, address e.t.c) that matches your billing information
The only payment methods accepted by MCK Equipment INC. are valid credit cards, direct online banking (bill payee), PayPal account, wire transfers, e-transfers, and certified cheques.
MCK Equipment INC. starts the processing of orders as soon as they are placed. Hence, we cannot guarantee that cancelation or modification of orders is possible once such orders have been processed. However, you can contact us immediately if you need to cancel or modify an order you’ve just placed with us. Restocking fees of 30% will be applied to canceled orders.
At MCK Equipment INC., we strive to ensure that all the information (such as product descriptions, price, specifications, etc.) on our website are accurate at all times. However, omission, typographical errors, or inaccuracies relating to such information may occur as a result of changes in production cost or human error.
MCK Equipment INC. reserves the right to correct, update, and/or change information about equipment that you have added to your order or placed in your cart as well as after submitting and receiving the order confirmation from MCK Equipment INC. at any time without prior notice. However, if you do not wish to continue with your purchase due to the changes made, kindly contact us immediately to request the cancelation and refund of your order.
Return Policy
Regularly stocked Equipment can be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided the equipment has not been used and is still in its original packaging. Once MCK Equipment INC. receives and verifies the condition of the equipment, a return credit will be issued via the original payment method. However, shipping charges are deducted from the return amount due as they are non-refundable. The return shipment costs as well as any taxes, brokerage fees, or duties where applicable are the sole responsibility of the customers. Please note that customized or special-order equipment cannot be returned.
For every return request, a restocking fee will be issued. This covers the costs of restocking the returned equipment. This will be deducted from the return amount due. The restocking fee for commercial locations is 20% of the equipment cost while that of residential locations is 30% of the equipment cost.
It is very unlikely that you will receive an incorrect order, however, in the case that this happens, kindly contact us immediately so that we can send a replacement or find a solution as soon as possible. For your convenience, MCK Equipment INC. willprovide you with a return shipping label at no cost.
Kindly wait until you receive the return shipping label before shipping the equipment back to us as there is no guarantee that you will be reimbursed for any incurred shipping charges.
Shipping Policy
Ranging from Canada Post to common freight carriers, UPS, and its fleet of vehicles, MCK Equipment INC. uses a range of courier and delivery methods to ensure that your orders get to your door as soon as possible.
MCK Equipment INC. ships all equipment from its warehouse in Saskatchewan. The approximate shipping time as well as the cost for smaller equipment which can be shipped via Canada Post or UPS will be displayed at check-out. Courier shipments vary between 1 and 7 business days.
The approximate shipping time for larger products and equipment which must be shipped with a common freight carrier is up to 10 business days. For orders placed during the holiday, kindly an extra day to the processing and shipping time. Note that delivery times are only estimated and not guaranteed. If you require equipment earlier than the estimated delivery date, contact us right away so we can work on a solution.
When you place an order for pick-up, kindly wait until you receive a “Ready for pick-up” e-mail from us before visiting. Usually, pick-up orders are ready the next day. However, order processing could take 1-3 business days. In any case, we will contact you immediately your equipment is ready for pick up.

MCK Equipment INC. ships equipment to the United States and internationally. However, international shipment may be subject to additional fees, taxes, and/or duties which will not be accounted for during check-out or through the customized shipping quote.
For heavy or oversized equipment which must be shipped through a common carrier, the service of a broker is required at the U.S. / Canada border. The cost of this service will be sent to you alongside a customized shipping quote. However, if you wish to hire your own shipping company to deliver your order, kindly notify us.
Kindly inspect all ordered at the point of delivery and report any missing, damaged, or lost equipment to us immediately so that we can contact the courier to file a claim and/or send a replacement when need be. If the equipment received is damaged, you might be required to take pictures of its condition to speed up the replacement process.
Although it’s very rare for a carrier to lose a shipment on the route, if you feel your order may have been lost in transit (maybe your order refuses to arrive long after the estimated delivery date), kindly notify us. We will work with you and the carrier to locate and continue the shipment of your order.

This offer applies to most locations across Canada excluding (but not limited to) the Yukon, Nunavut, the Northwest Territories, as well as any other destination that Canada Post categories as “remote” or that need air or water freight service.
If your order is wrongly cost or weighed improperly, MCK Equipment INC. reserves the right to exempt such order from free shipping. You will be contacted immediately to inform you of the extra freight charges which will apply to your order. However, you can decide to approve the charges or cancel your order.
